Advantages (Beginner-Friendly)
Features

Working Time

Curing Time:
Demoldable in approx. 4 hours at room temperature; fully cured within 8-10 hours. Curing time will extend if indoor temperature drops below 68°F.

Hardness approx. 80D, compatible with most resin projects, ideal for small items such as jewelry and bookmarks.
Limitations
Thickness
Suitable only for small, thin castings (under 1 inch thick) and not for layering. Though regular resin also has a 1-inch single-layer limit, it enables thicker pieces via layering.

Compared to epoxy resin, its use is relatively limited—primarily for small crafts. Not suitable for large castings or thick-layer projects.
Step-by-step operation process
1.Workspace & Material Preparation
Resin:Deep Pour Epoxy Resin (Part A & Part B)
Tools:Measuring Cup, Mixing Stick or Electric Mixing Cup, 75% Alcohol (for cleaning)
Protective Equipment:Always wear nitrile waterproof gloves, a waterproof apron, and a respirator for safe handling.
2. Environment Setup
Ideal Conditions:Maintain a temperature between 73–78°F with humidity no higher than 50–60% RH.
Ventilation:Work in a well-ventilated area, ideally near a window or use an air purifier for better airflow.

| Mixing | Pour the resin into a measuring cup and mix in a 1:1 volume ratio |
| Stirring | Stir slowly in one direction for== 3 - 5 minutes== until transparent and free of silk-like substances; avoid bubbles |
| Coloring | Add colorants or decorations like dried flowers to the resin (fillers must be dry; otherwise, the resin will “explode”). |
| Defoaming | Let it stand for 5 - 10 minutes, then use a stirring rod to remove surface bubbles. |
| Pouring | Slowly pour into the silicone mold. If there are bubbles in the corners of the mold, squeeze the mold with fingers to expel the bubbles. |
| Curing | At room temperature (75 - 85 °F): Working time is 20 minutes, demolding time is 4 hours, and curing time is 8 - 10 hours. |
| Demolding & Polishing | Use soapy water or alcohol to assist in demolding. After demolding, use sandpaper (with a grit size of 400 - 2000) to remove sharp edges. |
| Cleaning | For molds and table surfaces: Wipe and clean residual uncured drips with alcohol or nail polish remover. |
