Step-by-step operation process
I. Material Preparation
Materials: Epoxy Resin
Tools: Measuring cups, stirring rods, silicone molds, toothpicks, alcohol
Protective tools: Gloves and N95 masks (for personal protection), silicone mats (to protect the tabletop and facilitate cleaning)
II. Environment Setup
Ambient temperature: Keep it between 73~78°F. (Excessively high room temperature may cause resin to crack.)
Humidity: Not exceeding 50-60% RH. (Too high humidity makes it difficult for the finished product to cure.)
Ventilation conditions: Stay near a window, turn on the air conditioner, or use an air purifier.

📌Ⅲ.Working Progress 1、Resin Dosage ① Measure the amount of resin needed for the mold. Some molds are marked with the required resin amount ; if there is no marking, use clean water to estimate the approximate amount.
② Ensure the mold is clean, free of dust or grease.
2、Casting & Degassing ① Mixing and standing: After part A and part B is fully mixed, let it stand for 5 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape naturally.
② Pouring slowly: Pour the resin slowly along the edge of the mold to avoid creating bubbles from quick pouring. A stirring rod can be used to help it flow.
③ Eliminating bubbles: For bubbles in corners, gently press the mold to release them; For surface bubbles: sweep lightly and quickly with a heat gun to burst the bubbles.
3、Demolding
The resin can only be de-molded after it has fully cured. Forcibly removing it when it's not completely cured may cause deformation or breakage. Pour a small amount of soapy water to wet the inner wall of the mold, which makes demolding easier.
4、Cleaning Clean the mold gently with warm water and dish soap. For uncured resin that won’t set, you can use alcohol, nail polish remover, soap, or dish soap for cleaning. Then wipe it off with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
Tip: Wear gloves to avoid direct contact.
5、Storage ① Store the mold in its original sealed packaging to prevent dust from settling on the surface.
② Place the mold flat; do not allow heavy objects to press on it to avoid deformation.
