Materials Preparation
- Materials: Leaves, Clean UV Resin, Decorative Ball, Transparent PVC Film, Wooden LED Display Light Base.
- Tools: Double-sided UV Light, UV Flash Light, Silicone Brush, Hot Melt Glue.
- Protective Equipment: Always wear nitrile waterproof gloves, a waterproof apron, and a respirator for safe handling.
Environment Setup
- Ideal Conditions: Maintain a temperature between 73–78°F with humidity no higher than 50–60% RH.
- Ventilation: Work in a well-ventilated area, ideally near a window or use an air purifier for better airflow.
Step-by-step Instructions
Step 1
Evenly apply UV resin to the front of the leaf using a silicone brush.
Step 2
Cure it under the double-sided UV light for 3 minutes.
Tip：If any holes appear after curing, fill them lightly with a small amount of UV resin and cure again.
Step 3
Once fully cured, carefully peel off the UV leaf.
Step 4
Roll a transparent PVC film into a slender cone shape. Adjust its height and size to match your desired Christmas tree dimensions, then secure the base to an LED light base by using hot glue.
Step 5
Attach the UV leaves to the PVC film using UV resin, making sure each layer is evenly spaced and not overlapping.
Step 6
Finally, attach a decorative ball with UV resin on top.
