Note 1: How to deal with photos in resin?

If you don't laminate the photos, the chemicals in the resin might react with the pigments or ink in the photos, causing them to fade.

Note 2: Filling Material Preparation

Prepare the materials in advance to eliminate bubbles.11

:zoomer2:Step-by-step Instructions

Based on the above instructions, let's review the entire process~

Step 1

Using the electric mixer to mix Part A and Part B evenly at a 1:1 ratio by volume. Keepsakes & Gifts: Pyramid Photo OrnamentKeepsakes & Gifts: Pyramid Photo Ornament

Step 2

Mix the resin to your preferred color and pour it into the mold. After pouring the first layer of resin into the mold, use a stirring stick to remove air bubbles from the top of the pyramid to prevent bubble formation. Each layer of resin needs to cure for 6-8 hours before pouring the next layer.44

Step 3

Fix the photo onto the wooden stick with hot glue, then secure the stick into the mold to prevent photo displacement. Pour the mixed epoxy resin and allow it to cure for 6 hours. Keep the resin height within 1 inch to prevent flash cure.55

Step 4

Secure the daisies with UV resin at the base to prevent displacement when pouring the next layer. Pour a layer of resin and allow it to cure for 6 hours.

:alert:Tip: Since the resin density may vary between batches, always use the same type of resin as the previous layer to prevent visible seam lines.

66

Step 5

Place the fairy lights into the mold and secure them to the bottom with UV resin to prevent movement. Pour a layer of resin and allow it to cure for 6 hours.

77

Step 6

Pour a small amount of resin into the mold. Slowly press and flatten the artificial grass into the resin. Wait for 6 hours to cure.

:alert:Tip:

Artificial grass tends to cause air bubbles. You can use a mixing stick to poke out the bubbles to prevent them from getting stuck at the bottom.

88

Step 7

Pour a small amount of resin into the mold, add white stones to cover the bottom, and wait 6 hours for it to cure. Then, fill the mold with gold glitter resin and wait another 8 hours before demolding.1010

Step 8
