Materials Preparation
- Materials: 0A Silicone Rubber, Cute trinkets
- Tools: Acrylic Box, Hot Melt Glue, Measuring Cups, Stirring Sticks
- Protective Equipment: Always wear nitrile waterproof gloves, a waterproof apron, and a vapor mask for safe handling.
Environment Setup
- Ideal Conditions: Maintain a temperature between 73–78°F with humidity no higher than 50–60% RH.
- Ventilation: Work in a well-ventilated area, ideally near a window, or use an air purifier for better airflow.
Step-by-step Instructions
Step 1
Secure the small trinkets to the acrylic box using a small amount of hot glue.
Tips:
- Leave some space between the trinkets and the walls of the acrylic box to ensure the silicone can fully cover and flow around each piece.
- Avoid too much hot glue come into direct contact with the silicone rubber, this can interfere with the curing process.


Step 2
Pour 0A silicone rubber into a measuring cup at a 1:1 weight ratio (Part A: Part B) and mix manually for 5 minutes.


Step 3
Pour the mixed silicone liquid into the acrylic biscuit box until the resin accessories are completely covered.


Step 4
Allow it to sit for 6 hours, then demold. Your creation is now complete!
