Material Preparation

• Materials: 28oz transparent flex rubber kit, sphere mold, Vaseline, silicone pigment paste(black color), glitters, baby oil
• Tools: Digital scale, mixing sticks, measuring cups, soapy water
• Protective Equipment: Always wear nitrile waterproof gloves, a waterproof apron, and a vapor mask for safe handling.

Environment Setup

• Ideal Conditions: Maintain a temperature between 73–78°F with humidity no higher than 50–60% RH.
• Ventilation: Work in a well-ventilated area, ideally near a window or use an air purifier for better airflow.

Step-by-step Instructions

Step 1

Mix transparent flex rubber in a 1：1weight ratio and fill the mold to about one-quarter of its height. Let it sit to cure for 2 hours.

Step 2

Place a plastic bottle in the center to create a hollow space, and press it firmly against the bottom layer. Fill the mold to about half its height with more mixture and cure for another 2 hours.

Step 3

Separately, pour a 0.2-inch-thick layer of transparent flex rubber into the mold and cure for 2 hours. This will be used as the liquid glitter sealing layer.

Step 4

Remove the plastic bottle, then add the baby oil into the hollow section. Followed by sprinkling glitter.

Step 5

Apply transparent flex rubber around the edge of the opening, then take a small cured piece of transparent squishy from the tray and use it to cover the hole. Let it cure for 2 hours.

Step 6

Mix black pigment paste into the flex rubber and pour it into the mold to create the base layer. Let it cure for 2 hours.

Step 7

Your transparent galaxy liquid glitter squishy ball is now complete!
