Material Preparation

- Protective Equipment: Always wear nitrile waterproof gloves, a waterproof apron, and a mask for safe handling.
Environment Setup
- Ideal Conditions: Maintain a temperature between 73–78°F with humidity no higher than 50–60% RH.
- Ventilation: Work in a well-ventilated area, ideally near a window, or use an air purifier for better airflow.
Step-by-Step Operation Process
Step 1
Turn over the mold. Apply a thin layer of Vaseline inside the mold.
Tips:
- Apply Vaseline evenly to the mold grooves.
- A thin, even layer on the mold is sufficient. Excessive Vaseline may leave marks on the finished product.
Step 2
Mix the flex rubber in a 1：1 ratio by weight. Add the silicone pigments to the liquid flex rubber and mix evenly.
Tip:
Be sure to mix the silicone pigments thoroughly to ensure an even color and avoid clumps.
Step 3
Pour the liquid mixture into the mold. Let it sit for 4 hours to cure before demolding.
Tip:
Do not leave the flex rubber in the mold for too long to prevent it from corroding the mold.
Step 4
Demold and clean off the Vaseline using warm soapy water.
Step 5
Stick the eyes to your squishy toy with silicone glue and add some highlights with your favorite colors.
Step 6
Apply a light coat of flocking powder, then seal it in packaging. Done! Your stress-relieving toys are completed!
Pro Tip
Clean your squishy toy with soapy water when soiled or oily. Avoid using tissue paper to prevent lint residue, and wipe gently with a lint-free cloth instead.
