Environment Setup
- Ideal Conditions: Maintain a temperature between 73–78°F with humidity no higher than 50–60% RH.
- Ventilation: Work in a well-ventilated area, ideally near a window or use an air purifier for better airflow.
Step-by-step Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a glass of water, then add dish soap.

Step 2
Insert the straw below the liquid surface and blow some large bubbles. Then use the straw to stir and break the large bubbles into smaller bubbles.

Step 3
Apply a layer of clear UV resin to the mold. Be careful not to fill it beyond half the depth of the mold. Use a plastic spoon to transfer bubbles from the glass onto the UV resin in the mold.
Tip: Please work with UV resin indoors in a cool area and away from direct sunlight. Direct sunlight will accelerate the UV resin curing and cause bubbles to pop due to heat.

Step 4
Cure under the UV light for 2 minutes. Then gently dab the resin surface with a paper towel to remove any excess dish soap.

Step 5
Dip a soft-bristled brush into the chameleon powder and apply it to the pendant surface.
Tip: Since the surface has a lot of tiny holes, using a circular motion when brushing can achieve a more even finish.

Step 6
Apply a layer of black UV resin as a top seal.
Tip: Black UV resin is hard for UV light to penetrate, so cure it in several thin layers. This helps avoid incomplete curing inside, which can cause leaks or mess.

Step 7
Cure it under the UV light for 2 minutes.
Tip: After the front side is set, flip the mold and cure the back side for another 2 minutes to make sure everything is fully hardened.

Step 8
Demold the cured piece from the mold. Apply a layer of clear UV resin to the front side, then use a stirring stick to spread the UV resin evenly across the surface. Cure it under the UV light for 2 minutes.

Step 9
Attach the metal accessories and your keychain is now complete!
